Covergirl Eye Enhancers Quad in Dream Eyes

Hey all,

This quad is a beauty guru and blogger favourite, and I have heard it spoken about time after time. So naturally, I had to try it for myself. I haven't tried very many Covergirl products before, as the brand has never really caught my attention. But saying that, I am glad that curiosity got the better of me and I picked this one up!

What I Love
- Highly pigmented - I was pleasantly surprised with the colour packed into this quad!
- Well put together - all the shades compliment each other.
- Creamy, smooth and easy to blend.
- Long lasting with a primer.
- Reasonably priced!

What I Don't
- I am not a fan of the packaging. I'm not sure why, but it doesn't do anything for me.

Where to Buy: Priceline, Target, Big W

Price: $13.95

It is the perfect little quad for a simple smoky eye, is very versatile, and is a treat to take travelling!

Have you tried any Covergirl eyeshadow quads? Which one is your favourite?

Hope you all have a great night! xx

On My Lips: Covergirl Lip Perfection in Tempt Seduction

Hey all,

Another red looking lipstick? Oh my, it's an obsession! You may have noticed by now that shades in the red family are my very favourite. I am definitely a fan of a bright lip, and red is a classic that suits everyone. What is not to love?

I only have two Covergirl Lip Perfection lipstick's, but I think that they are both wonderful! So I am definitely looking to pick more up soon, any recommendations?

Enough blabbing from me, time to get onto the fun stuff!

Shade: A seductive magenta-ish red. (I'm very good at shade descriptions, aren't I?!)

What I Love
- Gorgeous colour that would compliment every skin tone.
- Well formulated: creamy, smoothes on easily and highly moisturising.
- Long lasting: lasts through drinking and eating well.
- Sleek packaging.

Where to Buy: Priceline, Target, Big W and selected pharmacies.

Price: $14.05

Covergirl Outlast Lipstain Review

Hey all,

It seems that lipstain's are currently all the rave, and I can see why. It is a great concept, colour and staying power that can be drawn on like a pencil - how convenient! In general, I am a fan of lipstain's and have tried a few from various brands - some good, and others, not so much.

I'd been wanting to try out Covergirl's outlast lipstain for a while and picked one up from my local priceline (drugstore). I'd heard a couple of bad reviews and some good ones as well, so I was interested to see what I would think. My final verdict is that I do quite like them, and think they are a nifty little product. I know have three and plan to buy more soon!

Reason Why I Like It
- Good range of colours.
- Colours are vivid (especially for a lipstain).
- Super easy to apply to your lips.
- Easy to store both at home & on the go.
- Great staying power.
- I've had them for just over a month and they haven't dried out
- They have a nice smell.

Things I'm Not So Crazy About
- They do dry my lips out a little.
- The colours on the packaging can be deceiving (colours that seem light, turn out darker etc).

I generally put a layer of gloss over the top, which gives the lips a lovely shine & makes the colours pop a  little but more.

Overall, I think that they are great for a lipstain! They aren't too expensive, can be found in most stores and there is a colour to suit everyone. But best of all, they do what they promise to do!

I have 3 shades: 415 - Teasing Blush, 420 - Sassy Mauve & 435 - Flirty Nude.
