Shabby Chic Inspiration

Hey all, 

I'm at the point where I have decided that I want to change the look of most of my house. It's not that I don't like it, I do, I just feel that I have changed quite a bit as a person and I want my living spaces to represent that. I went from being a structured (possibly OCD, haha) person who loved all things modern, to one that has more of an appreciation for all that is old, unique and comfortable! 

I think that I have just relaxed a little, so why shouldn't my house relax along with me? 

These are just some gorgeous shabby chic decor pictures that I have found and will be using for inspiration; thought that I would share!

A Transformation is Complete

Hey all, 

The new blog is unveiled! 

Before I get into anything, I have to thank the wonderful Casey from Hot Bliggity Blog for her amazing work. She worked with me patiently, even though I’m technologically inept, and produced this design - a design so wonderful, and so like me - it’s as if she had insight  into my brain. You have probably noticed that there are quite a few little changes here and there. Although this blog will still be primarily about make up, beauty and fashion, I have also decided to expand to writing about other things that I love; so expect some design and decor post’s, recipes, and any other living related topics I can dream of! I am also going to start posting tutorials in the how-to section, which should be exciting! 

I have also added a followers section so you can keep up-to-date with post’s and other little snippets.

Exciting News!

Hello my pretties! 

I have some exciting news for you all! After having writer's block and inspirational issues for a little while now, I have decided that my blog needs a makeover! I need a creative space that represents me more genuinely, and one that is more full of life! 

This means that I will be away temporarily making major, and wonderfully exciting improvements! I will return with exciting segments, features and plenty more reviews! I'm going to throw a bit more of what I love into the mix; fashion, books, dining etc. Keep your eyes peeled! 

 I have already decided that 2012 is going to be a splendid year and I am going to do everything in my power to make it so, both in my blogging and personal life!
